Warning: Warning: Financia Futures representatives are professional scammers.

They select traders who have reached the payout stage with them, and send them emails from the Financia Futures help desk address asking them to transfer (via crypto) the fees for sending their payout.
Then, they create falsified bank receipts (JPMorgan) claiming that they have transferred the payout.
They are professional scammers.

Their sole goal is to steal the fees transferred to them.

So, be wary of these scammers and, above all, don't send them anything and help expose them instead.

We don't know how companies like Quantower and Rithmic, which have excellent reputations, give Financia Futures access to their platforms, which they use to scam people.

But ultimately, these Financia Futures representatives are selling their honor by lying to people and stealing their money.

So beware of this gang of scammers.!!!!!

I've worked with several prop firms, and I've never seen such irresponsible behavior toward traders as that of the Financia Futures management team.

These prop firms respect their traders and automatically pay them out without any hassle or wasted time.

@Financia futures team : If you refuse to send me my payout, at least have the courage, good faith and responsibility to give me my money back.

I’m sharing my experience with Financia Futures, a prop firm I joined recently.
I purchased and successfully completed 3 challenges. All three reached the payout stage weeks ago and I have requested payout on May 3th, and despite repeated follow-ups with support, on Discord and Telegram, I haven’t received yet any payout.

Here are the key facts (I have all the proof and screenshots):

- 3 challenges successfully passed
- All conditions met
- KYC approved (after a week, although they previously reported that KYC processing takes no longer than 5 minutes).
- Payouts promised but heavily delayed (no clear timeline given)
- Support responses are vague or non-existent
- No transparency about when or if payouts will happen

So, @Financia team : I hope you take my various requests and follow-ups on Discord, email and Telegram seriously. This is part of respecting the customer. Indeed, we are your trading clients, we buy challenges from your prop firm, we respect your rules, and we make efforts to achieve the requested objectives and, despite the difficulty, make profits from this activity.
Therefore, what we expect from you is to respect your commitments to pay us our requested withdraws. Otherwise, why are you selling us challenges (You take our money) and making promises if you don't respect your commitments? (SCAM)

And the cherry on the cake is that instead of listening to us and addressing our concerns, they take the liberty of banning us from the Discord group to silence us.

What kind of customer service is this???

I’m posting this to warn others considering Financia Futures.
Be cautious – there've currently a problem with payout and do not provide clear communication.

If anyone else is experiencing the same issue, feel free to share your story here.
It’s important we keep each other informed in this space. I’m also planning to report this on other instances.
If things change and I get paid, I’ll update this post.
