Mae London refused to honour their returns policy, initially offering me only a 20% refund, which after many emails I managed to increase to 50%.

Ordered 2 items on 22nd June, and still waiting on dispatch confirmation and tracking info.
These were presents for my god daughter, however the birthday party has now been and gone.
