OneStop Digital scammed me for 1250 euros. STAY CLEAR!
December of 2024 I bought a Sony A6700 body at Onestop Digital. It never got delivered, and I've been fighting them since about it. Their TOS is a lie, they won't refund you. FedEx Netherlands has confirmed the item as lost, yet I still haven't seen my money back at all! They stopped replying to my e-mails in July of 2025 after stalling for weeks, saying it's in the hands of the managers and saying it will be resolved soon. They've been saying that for nearly a year now.
Stay clear and save yourself the headache. I've lost 1250 euros and have no camera still. This place will scam you and leave you hanging. Customer service has been ignoring me for months now, no replies and no indication for if I will ever see a penny back from something that happened LAST YEAR!
OneStop Digital replied on 13/10/2025 for my order number. Let's see if they'll stop ignoring my e-mails and stop trying to weasle out of my refund. I'll update this review if anything changes.
Update 14/10/2025: OneStop Digital is now claiming on Trustpilot that the package was supposedly delivered. In earlier e-mail exchanges with FedEx Netherlands and OneStop Digital customer service they both confirm that the package was lost in Dutch customs. It never arrived at my apartment. So this must be a fabrication to get out of the payment. I will update this thread further with images of my e-mail exchanges with OneStop Digital customer service representative Jess, proving the package was lost in customs and there by showing that OneStop Digital is a SCAM trying to get out of my refund. @OneStop Digital, how can it be that FedEx Netherlands confirmed to you that the package got lost, which I have in writing is true and Jess from customer service has confirmed! and now it’s suddenly not?
I cannot upload images or links in an edited review, but I will simply write a new review tomorrow with the entire Customer Service exchange, FedEx e-mails and call FedEx Netherlands so they can re-confirm to FedEx Hong Kong that it is lost. That leaves two options, either you guys are lying and trying to dodge the refund payment, which I assume OR you will own up to your OWN TOS after seeing the proof that it's lost, which BTW you already HAVE, FedEX Netherlands told us over the phone AND IN WRITING (images and proof tomorrow in new review) THAT IT IS LOST!
