Next day delivery is non existent

I used to rate ASOS so much. Their next day delivery was always reliable but my last two orders have been disasters. Despite paying for the premier next day delivery annually, my last order was 3 days late. The items were for a wedding and their customer service team really didn't care that it was late. It was near impossible to raise a complaint to the point o gave up. I thought I'd give them one last chance and my current order has still not arrived (I ordered before 4pm yesterday). I have been buying with ASOS for over a decade and unfortunately this is the last time.

Wrong advice, incompetent agents that have affected my credit score.

I have banked with HSBC for 14 years and cannot believe how I've been treated recently. Wrongfully advised by multiple agents for months about credit card payments, reassured the account was as it needed to be by multiple agents. My credit score has now been affected and they have said this is my fault. I will be leaving this bank as soon as I can. I don't know what happened to them.

Sneaky double payments and no response

Cancelled once and continued being charged. Cancelled again and on closer look realised I've been double charged for over a year (should have noticed but with a 3.99 and 4.99 charge on different days it wasn't something that stood out). Contacted and was asked for proof which I have 5 days ago. Funny how they're quick to respond until they owe you a refund. Do not use.

Misleading on the refund process but…

Misleading on the refund process but was offered a full refund in payment when I complained. Fast forward to me returning my items and they applied store credit. Although this was rectified again I am now having to chase again as they haven't given me a full refund for all items returned. On top of the fact that quality of clothes are poor and not worth the money, I recommend avoiding this company all together. They come across as helpful but I've had to raise multiple complaints over 1 order.

A company that goes above and beyond

Since using Klarna, I have never had any issues. I recently had my card (that I use to make payments on Klarna ) blocked due to fraud on my bank account. Klarna were very understanding and quick to find a solution for me. It's nice to deal with a company like this, where they trust and go above an beyond to help their customers.
