We changed about a month ago. Network coverage is as promised even in my patchy location by the coast. Transfer was easy and our numbers ported on schedule. Getting the PAC numbers was simple. It’s nerve wracking changing things like this but it all went smoothly and I’m saving so much money -
I was really paying over the odds. We were recommended by a friend and I would recommend 1p to anyone else too.

I've been a patient for i think 3 years now. Phone numbers and email addresses work, easy to talk to a real person who resolves questions effectively. The life admin aspect of it works well.
I've had the same doctor through diagnosis and starting medication. He answers emails and I feel he knows me personally. I am still waiting on NHS services to take over my consultant level care and I'm glad the private provider I chose has turned out to be reliable and efficient as I'm still having to pay for reviews.

Very simple, secure, location is easy to access 24h, system works so well. Very impressed and will keep using this as a way to lower postage costs.

Laila was fantastic. She had a good taste for the correct shoes. The children felt very comfortable with her and she was good humoured and kind, making repeat trips to the store to find shoes matching our criteria. Thanks for your help Laila.
