Returned Item - NO REFUND
I purchased about 2k in jewelry from Versace and they sent me the wrong ring. They sent me two of the same ring, in two different sizes INSTEAD OF two different rings. I requested a return of all of the items, to avoid confusion, and they provided me with ONE UPS label. I packaged all of the items, as I received them and put them all in one box, and put the ONE UPS label on the ONE BOX. I shipped it and that was that. Until they processed a refund and DID NOT refund ONE of the items. They refunded the wrong item they sent but didn't refund the correct item they sent. I reached out to them once enough time had passed for this to be handled and they told me to wait even longer for the refund and then wait longer for the bank. When I followed up, they stopped responding. I submitted a new query and Daria responded that too much time had lapsed since the item was returned and that I had never reached out to them before about this issue - which is a lie. I replied back and attached the email conversation that Kashanti and I were having. Still, no refund. I have none of the items and I don't have my money. I can't believe that Versace would stoop this low and talk to their clients this way - Daria said, "We would also like to note that no prior communication was received from you regarding a missing item from this order." That is just a blatant lie. And before we started talking via email - I submitted a refund request and the reason was WRONG ITEM SENT. That is communicating to you that there is an issue. That's the process. I followed it. And, for whatever reason, they are giving me the hardest time about running me my money back. This is my Wife's top brand but...we can't tolerate this type of treatment or risk getting treated like this again. We are happy to spend our money elsewhere considering how they are lying and deceiving over there. What I know is that if it is happening to me, then it is happening to someone else and eventually, this will come back to haunt them, legally, and my email will be used against them. Why? Because you can't just keep folks money when they have sent you your stuff back. And just claim you didn't get it. No way. I sent them the delivery confirmation and everything. UPS delivered it to Carlos and he accepted the delivery at Versace. Maybe they need to talk to him. But this client-treatment is among the worst I have seen. They do not have to worry about our business going forward and I would urge you to reconsider where you are spending your money...some folks, no matter how elite the brand may SEEM, are scandals. I am not saying Versace is - you read what happened. So, choose wisely.
