Has a mobility problem when I arrived at Connolly Station got great help from staff and the lovely lady that was working on the train to Newry got me a great seat and got the ramp for getting on train lovely train staff that took care of me got a wheelchair when I arrived in Newry and got me on the bus to bus station great experience with the lovely staff

Had a bad experience in both boots first Henry Street left a security seal in my purchased item then went to Boots in Jervis Street left another security seal on my item sent of the alarm felt embarrassed told the security man he said he sold get it removed but after looking now it is still on my purchased items what if I had to go to another shop a disgrace the should look before the give you he purchased items so very bad experience

Was ordering from Buymie for Dunnes Stores delivery the messed up all my delivery as has a severe disability did no delivere the right left me short of 7 items as was looking forward to getting my delivery but it was all wrong as got very bad news in hospital on Friday to do that to a customer will never order from them again the destroyed my day as trusted them never even got my 10 euro voucher back as it was a lot over when I ordered a terrible company that Dunnes Stores have employed felt s disappointed with it all as no respect for customers the even rang me to come down and collect my groceries a total shame to the Company

Would not even give them a 1 destroyed my day ordered left my important items out and charged me mixed up my delivery will never order from them again delivery slot also wrong gave me wrong groceries and charged me as I have a severe disability as to try and get to Dunnes Stores now on my own as to many mix ups a disgrace to treat customers like that and charge you 8 To 10 Euro delivery do not order it causes to much stress can the not read as to try now and go out to buy what the did not deliver a useless Company if you even have a disability do not order as the give you the wrong groceries and leave out some the ruined my day

Ordered sketchers over a week ago anyway ups said the were out for delivery on Friday rang UPS said there were on van and would be delivered before 7 pm waited until 10pm as the kept giving me the same message I do not know why Sketchers use this Company changed my shipping details also waited in all day Friday and now Monday and has to go out and no delivery

Waiting in all day for my delivery out for delivery since early morning said it was on van and would be here at 7 pm when I contacted them still waiting and it 9 30 will be sending the parcel back ruined my day was looking forward to getting my sketchers ha no respect for customers

Ordered last week for first time had my groceries delivered in a hour was able to track hope to order this week as well as has a health problem great service nice person even asked if I was okay with my groceries inside hall so was pleased with great service from buyme

Delivered to wrong address saying it was the senders fault rescheduled parcel for Thursday gave my right address sent it to a store on Monday said I was in the wrong as well a disgraceful Company do not order from them no compassion for anymore will be filing a complaint against Company a disgraceful even though I gave my right address rescheduled it for Thursday Morning the don’t care about the customer not like other online companies do not order
