This company is an actual scam. They need to be investigated by the UK government. They will not tell you about secret fees or the amount of the conversion and you only find out after the transaction has been completed that you've been ripped off. You might be aware of the 15% spread but they also add a secret 15% fee on top of that. No refunds either. Big red flags.

I checked the terms and conditions specifically to check if my bike would be covered in the way that it's stored and I thought it was clear that it would be. Yet I supposedly read them incorrectly and they refused to cover my bike. Very disappointed and never going to use this company again. What a sham.
