Lost but re-sent

Part got lost in the mail but I was sent another once they were made aware which arrived the next day.

Parts came very late

Parts came very late. I emailed after 3 weeks of not receiving the order asking for a refund and instead of refunding me, they sent another part (the invoice was dated after) which I no longer needed having sourced it from somewhere else in the meantime.

Still refusing to give me a refund, I finally received the original order over 20 weeks later! I now have two parts I don't need...

3 weeks and still no dispatch

3 weeks and still no dispatch of my item. I've emailed to cancel and no response after 3 days. I eventually got a response, a full refund and got to keep the part that arrived late. Good service in the end, albeit a bit slow.

Waiting for product

Yes, the website is nice but I will review once I have the product.... Too many false positive reviews here with the company encouraging good reviews once ordered without being able to review the actual product. Makes me suspicious...
