Excellent in every way! Extremely friendly customer service (our agent's name was "Me"). Perfect rental, no issues at all. We were very careful to sit on towels after the beach and brush off sand so the car would look nice upon return. The agent showed us how to download an offline map on our phone, and also gave us a paper map. He also recommended some good beaches. Great location right by the cruise port! HIGHLY recommended!

Great communication, easy to file a claim, kind customer service. I appreciated emails updating me and telling me they were working on it and hadn't forgotten me. The time to get the claim paid wasn't too long, and I know most companies are short handed. Thank you for your professionalism!
