I ORDERED A T SHIRT AND THEY SEBT ME THE WRONG ONE TWICE AND STILL WON’T SEND ME THE CORRECT ONE OR GIVE ME A REFUND

THEY WON’T REPLY TO MY EMAILS

British airways at NASHVILLE lost my luggage

I was informed at Heathrow by the BA desk the luggage was never put on the flight

I went away and filed a lost bag report. Just before the 21 day confirmed loss of the bag BA informed me on the tracker app it had been found. They gave a location, time and that it was going to be delivered to my address

To then discover it wasn’t found and it was a technical issue. Around the same time I had a message on WhatsApp by someone stating they were from Heathrow BA baggage.

I got in contact with BA to update them about this and confirm it wasn’t a scam. As they had told me no one will ever contact me by WhatsApp the case is now closed.

To later that day find out from BA I was going to be contacted by Heathrow BA baggage. Not before I told this person on WhatsApp to **** ***.

ABSOLUTE diabolical service after losing my bag in the first place. The bag was full of my work equipment. Extremely important stuff.

I will never use BA again, I work for one of the biggest organisations in the UK, we will no longer use BA.

Even now, I’m trying to sort my claim which BA are making so difficult.

ALSO, I EMAILED THEM TWICE TO CHANGE OUR TEE TIME BACK TO THE ORIGINAL TEE TIME
WE GOT MOVED INTO A 4 BALL
OUR ORIGINAL TEE TIME WAS THEN FILLED WITH A 2 BALL
BUT THEY DIDN’T SWAP US WITH THE TWO IN OUR ORIGINAL TEE TIME
THE PHONE OPERATOR LIED AND SAID THEY WERE PART OF A GROUP
I SPOKE TO THE TWO GUYS AND ASKED IF THEY WERE AND THEY WEREN’T
GOING BACK TO THE CONDITION OF THE COURSE
£90 FULL PRICE TO PLAY COURSE THAT WAS THE WORST I’VE EVER PLAYED
SENT TWO EMAILS SINCE THE ROUND SAT 22ND FEB WITH NO SURPRISE NO REPLY!!!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF AN ORGANISATION

STAY CLEAR OF SAMSUNG FRIDGE FREEZERS. THEY BREAK JUST AFTER YOUR WARRANTY. THE FAULT IS A MANUFACTURER FAULT. YET THEY WON’T ADMIT FAULT AND REPAIR.
STEER CLEAR FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!

I BOUGHT FROM CURRYS, THEY TOLD ME ITS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. SAMSUNG SAY NO. EVEN THOUGH APPARENTLY ITS 5 YEARS?!

I HAVE HAD TO TURN THE FRIDGE FREEZER OFF AS IT KEEPS BEEPING AND GOING IN AND OUT OF VACATION MODE WHICH IS CAUSING EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE TO GO CRAZY.

WE EMPTIED IT OUT TURNED IT OFF. GOT BACK FROM TIME AWAY AND IT NOW SMELLS AWFUL!!!
