I ordered some mini paint by numbers and a pack of brushes. The order took some time to be delivered but when it came I was please with the quality of the mini canvases.
However the pack of brushes did not arrive and I have been trying to get them delivered eversince.
Im now at the stage I want my money back and keep being told the brushes will be delivered. I have lost patience.
The communication with this company is not the best and they dont seem willing to replace or refund, and I feel they are delaying so I will give up.
I won't be buying from them in future.

Recently asked a question why, after changing systems and account numbers, i was unable to see old bills. Emma was a great help in answering my questions and helping me gain access to the details I needed. She went above and beyond not only emailing me but calling me to talk through the problem.
