Review of Rabbie's Tours
The tour was shorted than advertised
We didn't have enough time to take pictures because the driver was in a rush to finish the tour and go home.
The tour was supposed to finish at 7.30pm but we got back to Manchester Piccadilly station half an hour earlier than expected even though there was a lot of traffic due to the football match on 14 August. I think that Rabbie's tour time details need to be revised so that participants have the correct information.

I'm sorry to see that you didn't enjoy your tour. I can see from the bus GPS that you arrived back in Manchester around 7:15pm and you left your last stop at the time we would normally expect. Your driver was actually able to give you even longer at some of the spots such as Hawkshead and your lunch time at Grasmere.
It's important to remember the return time is approximate and this is to allow for situations out of our control such as delays and traffic. It seems like this time you had a fairly good run through the day and we really hope that you were able to enjoy all the time you had in the towns through the Lake District!

Review of Rabbie's Tours
The tour "Snowdonia
The tour "Snowdonia, North Wales & Chester" has the ambition to give participants the opportunity to visit many places in just one day.
However, we ended up not having enough time to visit any of those places properly.
The part of the tour dedicated to Snowdonia was absurd: we just drove past the region for a few minutes. Many participants, including myself, expected to spend a bit more time in the Snowdonia.
Then we headed to Chester where we stayed just for one hour, which is too little even to have a proper walk in the city centre.
The programme in the website says that the tour finishes at 19:15. Unfortunately this is not true because the driver dropped us off at 18:30 at Manchester Piccadilly station. We could have at least spent a little more time in Chester.
I expected to have a good experience from this tour and I trusted Rabbie’s, but I was truly disappointed. I am sorry, but it was a waste of time and money.

We're very sorry you feel you didn't receive the service you expect. You did return back to Manchester a little early but I can see from the bus GPS that you returned at 6:55pm. It's also important to remember that the return times are approximate to give us leeway in case of delays. It seems like this time you had a clear run.
It's disappointing to hear that you feel you didn't have time to explore Snowdonia. I can see you spent over an hour at the quaint town of Betws-y-Coed and 20 minutes at LLanberis, both of which are in Snowdonia. I hope you were able to marvel in the beauty of the majestic mountains whilst you were there! The rest of your tour went as expected with around 2 hours at Conwy castle and 1 hour 45 in Chester. We know it's difficult to squeeze everything into those stops but we hope it's plenty of time to see the highlights such as Chester Cathedral which we advise on our itinerary.
