I just hate dealing with the customer…

I just hate dealing with the customer service, they ask me if I have a disability every single time despite telling them i do not. The app logs you out of the conversation if you minimise the screen or you don’t reply for too long then you have to start all over again. I got called up and transferred but to the wrong department so had to explain everything all over again, every time they transfer you you have to go through security again which makes no sense and is not typical with other companies, also was told I couldn’t speak despite being authorised on the account, I made them double check and they allowed me to discuss the account. So much incompetence. The router is rubbish and overheats and the full fibre I just had connected after waiting three months stopped working after 30 hours.

Being a Vodafone customer is like babysitting the company who is supposed to be managing one of your most vital utilities. It’s mentally exhausting… I plan to change as soon as my contract expires…

Best product, reccomend to anyone with depression.

Best product, best customer service.

I bought my device in February 2023 when I was in a very dark place. By combining it with a healthy lifestyle of exercise, nutrition and meditation, I was really able to get a grip of my depression, I still use the device to this day as and when I feel I need it. The device is backed by science and has an app which lays out the protocol for you so you just follow the instructions. I would recommend this product to anybody struggling with depression, and I would like to thank the customer service for the kindness they have shown me in our interactions.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cosmetic surgical procedure

I decided to go with Vanity after speaking to a few Turkish surgeries, because I was very impressed by the friendliness of Zeynep who was helpful kind and responsive. She helped me set everything up for a very reasonable price. She contacted me at the airport and told me where to meet the driver who took me to the hotel, she continued to check in with me from time to time.

I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to Emre my patient coordinator who looked after me for me before and after my operations, he was able to keep me calm and explain everything to me, and help me figure out any problems, he was essential in the whole process, very cheerful and kind. And I am also very appreciative to my surgeon Dr Catgay as well as the other surgeons and doctors involved. Dr Catgay explained everything clearly and helped put me at ease, and did a masterful job.

In conclusion I would highly recommend vanity to anyone who would like work done. 10/10 for quality and 10/10 for price :)

I really like this company and their…

I really like this company and their honey, nothing bad to say about them at all. I do hope they produce another batch of coconut honey so I can try it.

Just to add, my mum loves the sleep honey, she has bad sleeping problems, and said it knocks her out. One time she had some in the morning and said she felt tipsy.

It would be cool if you made some kind of nootropic honey for students like me, honey to improve attention or cognition.

Pretty good

Pretty good, I did not get the 9070 xt at MSRP sadly but I could see the staff did what they could to make it fair and mitigate scalpers releasing the cards in batches etc, in the end I bought it for £60 more the next day. The card came quite quickly and there was a little packet of sweets which was a nice gesture. The card works fine. In future I will buy from them again as my experience was generally positive, I can’t think of much else to improve it.

Avoid

Subscribed to the cat supplements Amazon, looked into it on their website to see if it was cheaper and the company kept spamming me with offers for my ‘dogs’ addressing my cats by name. Even info graphics about walking my ‘dogs’ in winter.

Emailed them with a polite email that I thought it was odd and got a condescending reply that ‘we cater to many animals and if you don’t like it unsubscribe’

Well if you can collect my pets name why can’t you collect data on their species?
And if you can’t collect their species why would you bother to do tailored marketing? It’s just weird ‘here are offers for your dog fluffy’ then shrugging and saying ‘that’ll do, it’ll be right for half our customers at least.

Really created a bad impression as to my faith in their competence so I halted future purchases and use a different brand.

Also the product if I’m honest is inconvenient to use, in little plastics capsules that I find fiddly to pull apart. It honestly looks like they are made in a factory designed for making supplements for human consumption that you would swallow whole, then rather than create something for animals they just tell you to pull it apart. Very annoying, the worst is if your fingers are slightly damp and the capsule disintegrates into a mess.

The Ingredients are okay but for some reason they have not included taurine, a proven life extension supplement in small mammals.

My cat had bad tartar build up, I decided to make a claim for it (I would have paid for it myself anyway because my cats health is very important to me) and I was pleased to learn it was accepted. I am very impressed with the company and they offer peace of mind. The team were lovely to deal with, I can’t recommend them enough.

Imagine paying £340 for the placebo…

Imagine paying £340 for the placebo effect from a vibrating plastic box with no screen and a second rate app which works intermittently and most of the content is behind a monthly subscription paywall. Just buy some magic crystals from Amazon and save £340, just to remind you that’s the price of a new 40 inch flatscreen TV, an Apple Watch, an all inclusive holiday in the Dominican Republic.

I have the cat flap connect and two…

I have the cat flap connect and two feeders. The cat flap has been playing up over the last few months, sometimes no locking or unlocking, a couple of times my cat has escaped after dark when I like them inside due to traffic. I spoke to Kim and she was great, very helpful, I followed her steps but called back due to ongoing issues. The other lady kept trying to gaslight me that it was old batteries. I knew it wasn’t because the battery indicator was showing there was enough power, she just didn’t want to admit the product was faulty. In the end I asked her if I shouldn’t trust the app’s battery indicator and she said you can…. So obviously it wasn’t the batteries then. We did fix the immediate problem by re adding the cat flap to the app but since she is pushing the battery narrative, I don’t know what the actual cause was and if it will happen again. The conversation was painfully frustrating.

My advice is ask for Kim for help.

The feeders are okay, very handy if you need to give your cats different meals for medical reasons and also to keep the flies off, but for some reason one of them takes a lot longer to react to my cat.

In short, these products are quite good, but suffer from glitches and problems from time to time, so can’t be relied upon 100% like if your cat needed to get out of your house in a fire or get back inside out of danger be aware, it will work properly 98% of the time.

Unfortunately Trustpilot has been deleting my reviews for no good reason, but maybe this one will make it through.

The turn around time was very quick, the advice from the doctor was great, it would have been nice if I could have messaged him as I had a question about the results, but I understand they are busy. The app is okay but it didn’t update with my results, I went via the website, nevertheless I am happy and give it 5 stars because I got what I wanted and will definitely use them again.

Very good product and customer service

Very good product, great customer service. I had a problem with the sensors on the band after regular usage, and they popped out a new one to me right away. Thank you kindly to the muse team.
The only feedback I would give is if you had a version of the band with built in flat earphones, it would be awesome. Because using the new sleep feature is uncomfortable with my EarPods on my pillow (I am a side sleeper). If you added a sleep mask on there too it would be even more awesome, I would buy it tomorrow.
