I just hate dealing with the customer…
I just hate dealing with the customer service, they ask me if I have a disability every single time despite telling them i do not. The app logs you out of the conversation if you minimise the screen or you don’t reply for too long then you have to start all over again. I got called up and transferred but to the wrong department so had to explain everything all over again, every time they transfer you you have to go through security again which makes no sense and is not typical with other companies, also was told I couldn’t speak despite being authorised on the account, I made them double check and they allowed me to discuss the account. So much incompetence. The router is rubbish and overheats and the full fibre I just had connected after waiting three months stopped working after 30 hours.
Being a Vodafone customer is like babysitting the company who is supposed to be managing one of your most vital utilities. It’s mentally exhausting… I plan to change as soon as my contract expires…
