Their cancellation process is a huge pain. They will do everything in their power to delay you. One rep says to call a few days before the contract expiration. Hold time to get a rep is 30 min minimum only to find out that you will need to wait for another 10 mins to be transferred to their cancellation (retentions) team. Who will offer you a bunch of things to keep you. I said "No thanks" 5x times, only to find out that they won't be able to cancel until the exact day of the contract expiration. I felt like a fool after the call. Good job.

The print was not centered on all of our bags. We ordered 100 bags
