Wish I had read these reviews before committing to Tile products.

First, the website only recognises my UK post code if I enter it lower case (standard format is upper case - and had to get customer support via email just to get through this hurdle).

At checkout says 3-5 days delivery. Once paid, it says 72 hours to even process the order. No email order confirmation. Eventually got a shipping notification and the tracking link doesn't work and the order number is not recognised on the tracking service on their website.

Customer support only works US hours.

I registered and spent an HOUR completing an enormous survey which required me to give full name and address along with a mountain of other information. The following morning they locked my account. About 12 hours later the customer service team accused of being abroad (I'm not) and said too bad your account is suspended. Case closed. So they have all my personal data and no incentive.

EDIT: And as you can see from the reply to my review, they persist in continuing to try and ambiguously suggest I have done something wrong to contravene their 'industry standards'. Their reply still does not tell me what I have apparently done wrong and they are now refusing to delete my personal data in contravention of GDPR.
