Delay in fund crediting and lack of timely support response
I deposited approximately $2,500 worth of STEEM into my LATOKEN account. The transaction was completed successfully on the blockchain, with the correct TXID and memo. Despite this, the funds have not yet been credited to my account.
I have reached out to LATOKEN support multiple times, providing all the necessary information, including screenshots and TXID. So far, I’ve only received automated replies, and it has been over 24 hours with no clear update or resolution.
While I understand that delays may happen, the lack of personalized assistance and transparency has been disappointing. I hope this situation is resolved soon and that LATOKEN can improve its support responsiveness for cases like mine.
