I have so many issues that really disappspoint.
1 I am not happy to have seen the Prime membership taken from my friends account refunded and taken again although i cancelled the offer. This is very wrong. Do not take money from someone's account just like that.
2 Secondly for a small hand luggage i had to pay 60 Euro at the airport. This is very unfair.
3 I have been demanding a refund for my cancelled Opodo prime, the second one, but they claim the money has been paid. But its not in the account.
Opodo should get serious. In ´fact i can hardly recommend you to someone. Money is not easy!
