I love Sainsburys and have been using them for pretty much all my adult life, having been raised on them too!
These days I use the online service weekly because I live rurally and it is cheaper and easier than heading to the nearest large supermarket.
The substitutions are few, the out of stock items are even fewer.
Nectar prices and special offers keep them competitive and the range is vast.
The fresh produce is always fresh. The shopping is always in good condition and the delivery drivers are such a nice bunch of folk, nothing is too much trouble.
I have used a couple of other supermarkets for online deliveries in the past, especially during covid lockdowns when online shopping slots were scarce.
But I have never had a positive experience, issues have included wrong items, missing items, badly packed goods that are damaged, defrosting and leaking goods, the list is endless!
But little to none of this happening with Sainsburys which is why I stay loyal.

Unfortunately we were unable to get them to accept a photo for a driving licence renewal despite repeated attempts.
Every single time the image was taken within the silhouette, every single time it came back with an issue.
Yet when the individual visited a photo booth in a Tesco supermarket the images were taken with no trouble at all.
Waste of money.

Competitive prices, great delivery communication and speedy delivery as always.
What's not to like about this company?
I have been using them for years for all my household electrical and electronic requirements, both large and small, and never had a negative experience.

I have always found this company to be a really good choice for hassle free prescription delivery to your door.
However it seems that they are fab until you hit a problem, then their customer service experience is quite poor.
They duplicated a prescription in error with no prescription to support the duplicate, but I gave up telling them because apparently they are always right.
Until they do a stocktake and discover unexplained shortages that is.

I paid extra for an a.m delivery and it arrived on time with the package in excellent condition.
There were plenty of updates and the overall service was worth the money.

I have been a Prime member for many years now as well as a Kindle member too and have had a fairly up and down relationship with Amazon over time.
However last week's experience really did win the prize.
A delivery of multiple items totalling over £100 was recorded as "delivered to garden" in the middle of the evening.
As I was in the house and nobody had knocked on the door I wasn't best pleased.
I was even less pleased with the quality of the delivery pic which was basically a black screen with a light bit and a box in the middle of the light bit.
Unfortunately for me I live in a rural location with a rather large garden and after 20 minutes of searching in the dark there was still no parcel.
I then spent 3 hours trying to contact customer services and was unable to get past the robots in order to speak to a human.
Luckily for me the parcel was found by the lovely (and very honest) bin men the next morning at my neighbours 2 miles away on top of her bin which was due to be emptied.
I am so annoyed at what a disgusting service this was and have made a promise to myself to only use them now when I absolutely have to and only order single items, no more multiple item deliveries.

I wasn't a happy bunny when I accidentally stood on my glasses which I had purchased from Specsavers only a few months earlier 🙈.
Decided to try out the online services as knew that I didn't need my eyes tested again, and it seemed a lot more convenient than visiting a physical store.
I am so glad that I did 😊.
It was a really stress free way of purchasing new glasses.
I love my new glasses! They are a perfect fit, the price was great and they arrived really quickly.
Really fab service that I will not hesitate to use again 👍

I have been having weekly deliveries since 2020 and despite occasionally trying other supermarket's online delivery services I always return to Sainsburys.
Their fruit, veg, meat and fish is always fresh and good quality.
They have very few substitutions and items that are out of stock.
Unlike other supermarkets such as Morrisons they don't take another 10% in payment from you and then take a week to return your own money, they just take what you spend and promptly refund any returned items.
Their delivery drivers are second to none in terms of professionalism and friendliness.
The nectar prices and special offers also make them jolly good value.

I have been buying my 100% cotton night dresses from Slenderella for a few years now and just happened upon Cottonreal by chance, and I am soo glad that I did!
The quality is sublime, these night dresses are worth every penny, the fabric is very high quality, the prints are beautiful and it didn't suprise me at all to see that they are produced in the UK because the stitching is of a very high standard.
They aren't cheap, but a real case of you get what you pay for, and I will always return to this company now.
My only slight criticism is that the sizing is rather over generous and I will know next time to size down.

High quality leisurewear, well styled, quality fabrics and love that the garments are made in the UK.
The order arrived quickly and was really well packaged.

I have never been disappointed by a Betty's experience, whether instore or an online order.
They are the best 😍 and have been meaning to check out their cherry fancies when they are around.
I nearly didn't what with it being the season of repentance after overindulging during the festive season 🙈.
But the cake devil in my brain won!
They were absolutely delightful, beautiful light sponge, fabulous tasty cherry filling and iced to perfection.
My only (slight) moan was that the paper cases had welded onto the cakes and were not easy to remove without losing the icing.
But they weren't for a Royal tea party, they were all for my tummy so it was OK!

Purchased as a Christmas pressie for my bestie and she is over the moon with it.
I know that she has been searching for a suitable coat for dog walkies in the morning and this has hit the spot perfectly.
Waterproof for wet days and so so warm for cold and windy days.
The fur lined pockets are great for keeping her hands toasty and the leopard print lining makes it a lot more eye catching than plain black.

I love this company, they are very reliable and I find it so convenient having my prescriptions delivered, it saves so much time and hassle.

I purchased an online gift card as a birthday pressie, it was delivered on time and when I checked out your website I was really impressed with the range, the well known high street names and the competitive pricing.

Unfortunately I now have to update to warn others thinking of purchasing an e gift card from this retailer that a glitch in their system means that you are unable to apply any discount codes when paying by this method.
This seems more than a little unfair and devastated my niece who had been saving discount codes to maximise her purchase power.
I do think that this is something that they need to address as I would have purchased a traditional style gift card had I known this to be the case, so a bit of a 👎on that one.

Purchased American favourites (again!)
I will always check Sweetiz 1st to see if they are stocking the American product that I am seeking.
Because the prices are so competitive, the service is incredibly lovely- nextday delivery, fantastic communication if you contact them, and everything is always in mint condition 😊

Oh wow, we found a rare American festive favourite in the clearance section for such a great price that we had to buy them all!
Items arrived next day in great condition and gave us a taste of Christmas in June 😋.
