Hey my plug in hearing aid eeee dinging constantly called for assistance told to replace white thing in aid tried it broke out tool didn’t work at all and they were out of warranty can’t be repaired so ordered the behind the est aids and an pleased with them. Ding at times but adjust abs they are fine

This is the third replacement if defective hearing aids which I received the first set on 7/24 left went bad next day received the 1st replacement on 7/29 defective right out of the box. The 3nd replacement is in its way. Not happy at all with the product
