Laura in Iceland always goes out of her way to help , I’m a single person with a dog who is trauma therapy dog
I hate leaving her outside but Laura always watches over her 💕 which means I can do my shopping calmly without rushing. Thanks Laura 👌👌💕

Never use this company I’ve lost £780…

Never use this company I’ve lost £780 to this company and the man called Prince who made me believe he worked for TUI
Stay away
They kept taking money out my account when they should not of
Had to cancel card and everything it’s going through ombudsman as I write this review

I ordered on the 10th December, all the ways they put up for contact do not work at all as I’ve had no reply to any of my messages
33457W my money is gone but I definitely would be extremely cautious if using Graded Green . Customer service is nonexistent they just take my money that’s it😡😡😡& that’s very wrong what this so called company is doing

My delivery was not received I’ve tried to contact them many times - by email it either comes back mailer demon can’t deliver or it comes back in Chinese
Beware buying from here as there is no working contact details for them . So I know have to pay £55 for something I’ve not received

My order is missing

My order is missing, they have also stopped all means of communication you can’t email , they say WhatsApp I’ve been trying for 2 days , I personally won’t use them again this is now second time I’ve lost money and no way to communicate disgraceful
