The "Lifetime Performance Warranty" is a scam!

My wife and I purchased Gutter Helmet through Costco on 8/14/21 at a cost of $6125. Part of the sales pitch included an annual gutter cleaning. After the first year, our gutters were cleaned as promised. When I attempted to have the gutters cleaned after year two, I was told it would cost $150. Gutter Helmet also claims to have a lifetime performance warranty which guarantees the free flow of water without clogging. Our gutters are clogged. The nearest local dealer wants to charge $150 to clean our gutters. What good is a warranty that is never honored? Gutter Helmet is nothing but scam artists selling snake oil! Don't do it!!!

It's a scam

It's a scam! I booked in advance for overnight parking. When I arrived I was denied parking. The hotel staff where I arranged parking told me Way.com had overbooked parking and no parking spots were available. I proceeded to find alternate parking. Way.com failed to refund my money despite the fact THEY overbooked the parking facility! SCAM!!!

Be Sure to Confirm Your Reservations With the Hotel!

I'm not sure I want to leave a 1-star review because I have used ID90 Travel several times in the past with no issues, but I am instructed to "Rate your recent experience". I booked a hotel about six months in advance, but when I arrived at the hotel I was told it had been closed for two years! Hard to describe the feeling when you arrive in a foreign country only to be told you now have no place to stay. Luckily it occurred during the day, so I was able to make other arrangements. To be fair, ID90 Travel refunded my money quickly. Going forward I believe I'll always contact the hotel directly and confirm my reservations.
