AVOID - we booked a viewing for Monday they cancelled we then arranged to view on wednesday 2/5/25 at 2pm because they are using iamsold auction website when I phone Oakfield the following morning they say an offer has been accepted property is no longer available. what a waste of time and effort.

Have seen your reply nearly 2 months after my post. You do not understand we were able to view the property on Wednesday afternoon 2pm and when I phoned your Eastbourne office the following morning we were told it was sold.

Avoid - avoid - avoid waste of time I have now viewed 2 properties. I viewed a property yesterday at 2pm log onto website the following morning and find it has been removed because an offer has been accepted.

The 1st time I used your service I had placed a bid and was phoned by your agent the call went to voicemail and I returned their call within about 15 minutes. They did not call me back and when I phoned them the following morning I was told the property was not available as an offer had been accepted. If I was the seller I would very keen to find out if a higher offer was available. The 2nd property I saw this week I viewed at 2pm came home that evening and checked online to see if auction had started. It had not and property was listed as "pre-auction marketing" the following morning I could not see the property . I phoned the estate agent and was told an offer had been accepted again if I was the seller I would be very keen for the estate agent to find out if someone who had viewed within the last 24 hours might be keen to put in a higher offer but we were not given that opportunity.
