Arriving for a consultation at Zenith with Dr MainiI I was vey impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of everyone. I was instantly put at ease. I arranged for my item to be left at a local drop off point as I knew I wouldn’t be home for a few days. The courier ‘Evri’ claim the item was delivered on Sunday 23rd. They sent a confirmation delivery email with an image attached. I am well aware that this drop off point is not open on a Sunday and the image shows the parcel on the floor of a public alleyway at the side of the building. Ive contacted the drop off point today and, not surprisingly they say they have not taken delivery of my item. I’ve contacted Whistles who say I have to complete a form denying delivery. The form claims the delivery was signed for, which is impossible as there was no one there. I have now have to jump through hoops to sort this out. I think it’s the courier Whistles should be taking to task, not me! Very shabby service and behaviour. I would not recommend this service.
