Selected an item, was offered a free add-on, unable to check out. Reaching a human being is nearly impossible and can only do so through online chat.
Cannot recommend this company, I think it is all about the advertising, there is no substance to this company.

Review of Epson
My WF-4833 working perfectly, purchased 3rd party ink through Amazon, printer recognized the cartridges without any problems. My printer firmware auto updated yesterday and now the ink cartridges are not recognized.
Was on the phone for approximately 1 hour going through 3 agents, no one offered any solution without my purchasing brand new Epson ink----SHAME on Epson; pushing through an update only to eliminate the use of third party ink. I like the printer so well I have one in the office and one at my home. Epson could have at least sent me some ink that would allow me to use this printer, which is still under warranty and only 4 months old!
SHAME--I will not be recommending any Epson products going forward--they do nothing to help an owner of their product other than to make an additional purchase----NOT COOL.
