Brilliant customer service

Beautiful cabinets and brilliant customer service from beginning to end.
My postal code is not covered by their own delivery service, but I got in touch with them by email and they swiftly arranged a third party currier to deliver the cabinets, which arrived in perfect condition.

Great customer experience

Ordered an electric shower with Living and Home and it arrived well within the expected delivery time. I ended up changing my mind and deciding to return the product and they were very efficient. Swiftly answered my email giving me all the instructions. All went smooth and well and refund was in my account soon enough. Great experience from start to finish!

Review of Lusso Stone

Awful Customer Services

I have ordered one vanity unit with stone basin and a mixing tap from Lusso Stone on the 19th of June 2023, with an expected delivery time of 7-10 days. The tap and the basin arrived on the 6th of July, but not the vanity unit.

The tracking order website had updated the status of the vanity unit to an additional 1-2weeks time for delivery, therefore I have called Customer Support on the same day to check what happened.
The person on the phone told me that they found an issue with the vanity unit, asked me if I received an email about it (which I hadn't) and said that it would most likely arrive in one week. Also said it would call me back to give me an update later that day, but never did.

I called again one week after that to which the person on the phone simply said that it would need to check the whereabouts of my order internally and call me back. Never called me back.

I called again today and the person that answer the phone this time said that the order is currently at sea, being shipped to the UK and is supposed to arrive on the 24th of July. He said that he could try to send it by next day delivery, to which I replied that this would be troublesome because I'm going away on holiday on the 26th and the bathroom is currently begin remodeled at the moment, with the works expected to be completed on Friday.

As I asked if there was someone I could send an email to in order to expedite things and as I explained to him what a disappointment this was he hung up on me and never called me back.

Now the bathroom will be incomplete, I'll probably have to pay for additional fees to bring the contractors again later on and will have to find someone else to receive the package during my holiday.

Terrible customer services for such allegedly upscale products. Will never recommend.
