This was by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. The sandals I ordered were of extremely poor quality—cheap materials and nothing like what was advertised. On top of that, the delivery took forever, and considering how expensive they were, I expected much better. Total waste of money. Do NOT buy from this website—they’re selling overpriced rubbish and clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction.

Marshmallow is an organized company. While I haven’t yet had to make any claims, I’m impressed by their service and their app, which provides all the necessary details and updates seamlessly. Daisy, the agent I dealt with, was helpful throughout the process. However, it’s worth noting that despite no claims, I observed an increase in the price in my second year of dealing with them with the same details rather than a decrease. Despite this, I still highly recommend Marshmallow for their excellent service and organization.
