They scum people
Every time when I get a warm home discount they increase the price of gas and electricity so in the end of the day I still have to pay the same amount for them.
After I complained first winter they recalculated everything and made adjustments to the bills. Now, it's second winter and they did the almost the same thing, BUT this time smarter and increased prices just a little bit, so the difference is not that huge as first time. I had to recalculate everything myself. It gives me a feeling of constant thread instead of having normal customers experience.
When I set up a direct debit, so they convinced it's cheaper. They started changing it for me without my permission and increasing the amount to the level I've never paid before and it was way higher than the average annual amount per month.
Looking for another supplier. I just hope it is possible to change asap.
Do not recommend them.
