I recently visited Claire's store with the intention of getting my baby's ears pierced. However, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff at the store refused to perform the piercing, citing their policy or other reasons.
I understand that there may be age restrictions or safety concerns, but I expected the staff to handle the situation more professionally and provide alternative solutions or explanations. Their lack of willingness to help left me feeling frustrated and let down.
As a customer, I believe it's important for a store like Claire's to be accommodating and understanding, especially when it comes to services they offer. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular store fell short of my expectations.
The store manager said to leave and threaten to call security. This shows he’s unprofessionalism and laziness.
I wouldn’t have someone like him representing the store when he scares clients away and makes them feel discriminatized.
