Worst customer service ever! Don't buy , if you click that button don't expect a quick responce and for an order that took 3 mth to arrive the fact that I immediately attempted to cancel , email cancel request was of no use. They claim it shipped. They eventually offered a full refund but I had to pay shipping. Yes, I believed them shipping to them was 2 weeks, hmm, but Catherin-Ohmychic stopped responding to my request for refund on shipping fees. I also wouldn't give them a 1 star. I orderd in March 2025 , its July 2025. Never had issues with overseas orders. Beware I'm sure they sell under different names...Sooline

The collection I purchased was suppose to ship mthly. I received two identical packages instead of what the program is suppose to work. My funds were drafted but now I'll have to call due to the inconvenience of having to track a rtn /rfd recharge for correct shipment. Who wants to see multiple charges and refunds on their acct and try to keep up with them. What an inconvenience. Very disappointed
