My Initial Application was made via a broker but went through successfully. However, an issue cropped up after the finance was approved which could have affected whether the finance was withdrawn. I have spoken to three different call handlers over 2 days. One gave me what turned out later to be misinformation then cut me off. The following handlers were okay to begin with but then went away to get further information and never came back.. so I’m no wiser about my query than I was in the first place
