|She stuck with me even though I had a tough time trying to find the email and then made sure I was able to log in. She is a keeper and this should be placed in her HR record. Good professional customer service people are hard to find.

I feel it has made a difference BUT

I feel it has made a difference but it is unclear to my 86 year old brain what the difference actually is. It would be really helpful to both of us if there is a way I could understand what is actually blocked. I keep getting popup request to turn it off but I don't understand what I might be getting into if I turn it off.

I am going to have to cancel anyway because my wife and I am living on Social Security alone and had a terrible year, last year and now need to penny-pinch. I appreciate having had the opportunity to try your service. Jim Monroe
