Terrible service !!

Terrible service !!! Booked 2 rooms for 3 kids and 2 adults. I had to do this because 4 (beds) was the maximum for a family room. All by all when we arrived in the evening the hotel was overbooked and we had to go to another hotel… where they only had 4 beds and 4 blankets. So i paid for extra room to get 5 beds but ended in a hotel with for beds that I didn’t book. Things can happen but than I expect a compensation from Traveldeal…
The only thing they come up with is an upgrade for the next time I book that same hotel that was overbooked!!!
Terrible service and terrible aftersales.

We are sorry to hear that this was your experience with us.
The hotel where you were staying had a leak. For this reason you unexpectedly had to go to another hotel. The hotel has done its best to book you into an equivalent alternative.
As these were unexpected circumstances for the hotel, they will not offer any further compensation. We have also indicated this to you.
We have offered you a small concession from ourselves. You have not agreed to this yet.
