Bad Customer support

My wife placed an order for a board as a birthday gift for me a month and a half ahead. However, when she inquired about the status, she received a brief response stating, "Sorry, we are out of stock," without any explanation. We do not even know when we will receive a refund. The customer support experience has been highly disappointing. Although I cannot comment on the quality of the board, I hope that more attention is given to operations than to customer support.
