Shocking Aftercare
I wouldn't go anywhere near them! Bought a Land Rover Discovery.
All fine whilst selling the car but aftercare is shocking. Immediately I got home a coolant light was on, they had it back to fix, then driving it home the light came on again and they had forgottten to fill it with collant after repair.
Then within first week, Power Steering issues, meant I couldn't take it back as too far to drive it as dangerous to drive. They said to take somewhere local to me and warranty would cover. Warranty didn't cover diagnostics or fix, as it was electrical, which isn't covered. So out of pocket. Rang and messaged multiple times and didn't get any response to my request to be reimbursed.
Next week after Power Steering Issue, the car went into limp mode and had Restricted Performance. Again I couln't drive back to them to fix as too dangerous at speeds it was doing, so crawled it round to local garage for another diagnostics and subsequent lambda sensor issue and repair. Again AA Prestige refusing my requests for reimbursement.
As I am writing, yet another warning light 'Resticted Performance' light has triggered, which again I will have to get fixed.
Long and short of it is, I wish I knew how this garage operates and I would never have bought from them. So be warned!
