Opened new contracts in my house

Opened new contracts in my house. Engie set the monthly installments and refuses to change them or allow me to do so. They are now asking for more than 500 euro every month for a contract that used to be 125 euro and now they are making a fortune in late fees. Avoid this greedy corporation who profits from the poor and those without direct debit.

No support with no smartphone

I don't have a smartphone and could not collect the package from a locker. No options were given, no assistance and no attempt to offer a refund when the items were returned. This is the second time i have had problems ordering online with Famaline. I do not think there will be a third...

Item arrived but before I could pay, I lost access to my emails. My attempts to contact the company through their customer support did not work and I have now been charged extra. Not happy

late delivery

I bought some flea treatment because the website promised quick delivery of two days even though the terms and conditions say two-five working days. In the end it took seven days and I had a huge flea infestation.
