really bad
really bad! Hard to reach, no option to have package delivered to my home, Mondial Relay, their delivery partner, is worse than them! I never got my package, one week waiting, and they don't reply to emails. On the phone they say they'll send me an email confirming when I'll receive my package, but nothing. I asked for a refund.
I'm amending this comment after Farmeline's reply. They say the package has arrived to the collection point, but they don't mention that the collection point is in a different city.

They ship too late.
They ship too late.. so i order somewhere else and pay a few cents extra for next day delivery. i message them to cancel my order and 10 minutes later they sent me a confirmation that my order has been packed (in that case cancelation not possible) dirty tricks

The service is good, but the last time I ordered the Curcuma of 180 tablets they sent me the Curcuma of 90 tablets and I paid for the Curcuma of 180 tablets. I made no claim on that order. I hope that in this order you do not make the same mistake and send me the Curcuma of 180 tablets which is what I am paying for.
