First

First, I didn’t know that my KYC would not pass before using it. Second, I used cryptocurrency to deposit. Third, you asked me to mail the item, but the express fee was too high and exceeded its own value. Fourth, I asked my friend to You registered an account and lost your balance to him, but why didn't you allow his account to be withdrawn? His account has just been registered and does not violate any regulations. You are obviously looking for a reason to hack the customer's funds. You have not made it clear to the customer before they recharge and withdraw that your terms are so complicated and unreasonable.

Hello.
Your KYC ticket was failed due to blacklisting. In this case, Hybe were denied withdrawal via cryptocurrency because the requirements were not met. You were asked to use the main method of withdrawing prizes - physical delivery of the product to your location.
Creating multiple accounts using a fake ID\other person ID and attempting to transfer balance to another account in order to circumvent regulatory requirements for cryptocurrency payouts is also a violation of the Terms of Service and will result to a block.
This is also stated in our Terms of Service, which you read and agreed to when you registered.

This is a scam website

This is a scam website. Because the express fee was too high, I chose to withdraw LTC. The website closed my account. I used another account to communicate with customer service. They actually closed another account of mine, refused to communicate and did not reply to messages. This is a very bad scam site, the customer service is very arrogant and stopped me from withdrawing for no reason and closed my account

Very poor user experience

Very poor user experience, I froze my balance because I recharged with my card and did not allow me to withdraw cash. I have submitted card photos and selfies, but they still haven’t been released. I don’t know if it’s a fraudulent website
