Unless you are organising immediate delivery do not use this company.
We were offered the opportunity to choose a date for delivery. As we were having work done this seemed ideal. Big mistake. Unless you take what you have paid for at the time you pay for it they will sell your item to someone else and then you are left without the item you ordered and paid for.
You do get refunded but when you have been promised a delivery for Christmas and even now half way through January the item is still out of stock it leaves a bad feeling.
When an item is ordered and paid for it should be reserved for you. If it can not be reserved at the time of ordering they should not be offering the option for delivery date.
To make things worse there was not one single occasion they proactively contacted me with any kind of update. The last contact I had was on the morning of delivery to say we will be with you between 7am.and 9am so not sure when exactly they were going to tell me my guaranteed Christmas delivery was sold to someone else
