Took all packing away for us.

Review of The Range
Garden chair took twelve days to arrive.
The courier only let us know 18 minutes before he arrived with a huge box, luckily we hadn't gone out ,not good enough.
I want my delivery money back please.

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the delivery service provided. I can confirm that the delivery time frame for this order advises this will be dispatched and delivered from 3 days of the order being placed. While we appreciate that this is a broad time frame, I can confirm that a confirmation email is sent when the order has been dispatched. The courier should then be contacting you when they receive the order to confirm the exact delivery date and time with you. I apologise if this was unclear and for the courier not contact you in advance as they should have. I will ensure that this feedback is passed onto our delivery teams who can investigate this further in order to improve the service we provide.
