RunThrough’s Leeds Half Marathon, August 2025, was my first ever running event and I cannot fault the organisers - they did an excellent job.
Their communication, be that pre-event emails, on-the-day announcements or post-event congratulations and advice were great. They kept me informed every step of the way and I was never in any doubt as to where to go, when or what came next.
The course was well signposted with all the officials, be that the announcer, pacers or Marshalls, were excellent; providing enthusiastic encouragement and occasional banter that made you feel part of a family that were rooting for you to succeed.
This may have been my first run, but with RunThrough as my guide I’m hopeful it won’t be my last. Thank you for a wonderful fun day.

I paid for a Thu morning delivery. I will not get my parcel until Friday, sometime! I will need to be at home another day at a cost of £200. I will also miss a 50% software reduction cost worth £400 (the delivery is a PC). What's the point of paying extra to ensure I receive on time? DPD’s inability to specify timeslot requirements to Curry’s (supplier) has cost me over £600. Useless and expensive. I will be reviewing DPD's T&C's with regard to compensation.
