I ordered a costume in early June and it never arrived. The tracking said it did, but it never got to my house. When I contacted the company they told me to contact the post office, and when I contacted the post office they told me to contact the company. Anyways it’s been two months and I paid 70$ for a costume that never showed up. This company and their customer service is a scam, do not spend your money here.

I purchased a swimsuit according to their size guide, using my usual measurements. Once it arrived, it was too small. I tried to return it, but since I live in the US and I’d have to pay for the postage, it would have cost almost 200$ just to ship a $100 order back. When I reached out to the company about this, I was told there was nothing they could do and they wouldn’t help me return my order. Don’t recommend this store at all
