Availability, pricing, ease of usage free shipping, styles available and my honey are always very excited about my purchase.

The product I received was a good quality and sexy. I love it so much. They included a few free items too, if you don’t' want those trash from those cheap website this is the place you stick with.

the prices are so good and they are high quality. I was so surprised when my total was only $75 cuz at other places its over $75 for one item, and i got so many things I'm so excited to wear them.

While most of my lingerie and stuff that I’ve bought over the years has come from Spicy, I haven’t written a review comment yet although I love their styles always. What prompted my review today is their continued excellent customer service and support through my orders so not only do they have an excellent product, they also make sure their customers are satisfied from the service point of view and they ensure we are taken care of. Thank you all at Spicy!

I was able to shop with out ads or those false spin the wheel popping up every 10 seconds on the site and it very simple and easy to follow visually and no spam free gift but you receive real great free gifts I'm very happy with my experience.

The choices and variety are always top tier and top quality! The design and feel makes the price worth it, when there is issue and need a return never any issue, customer serivce rep are extremely helpful.

Quality of products is mostly good. I had one item that ripped early but still a wearable. Everything else is great and my S.O. lives seeing me wear them.

To me though, their biggest compliment is I returned a couple of items, too small. No problem with refund. I had to pay return shipping but had money back in about 2 weeks since I shipped regular USPS

If I could rate this -0 I would. HORRIBLE COMPANY I placed an order on 9/18 for just a bra and panty set. I paid for expedited shipping HA! When I called for a status update I was told they would get it out soon??!!!!!! I received an email saying it was supposed to be delivered Monday, September 29. Well here it is, Thursday October 2 and still NO DELIVERY. I wouldn’t order from Spicy Lingerie if they were the only company left.

I tried on an item of clothing and it didn’t fit. I sent it back right away in its packaging and the return was denied. They claimed the item was worn and soiled. I wrote back challenging their story and have not gotten a reply.
I am a 69 year old woman who knows better than to scam a return (my conscience is far more important than money) I subsequently read reviews on Reddit and Facebook that confirm the sketchy return system of this company so I believe Trust Pilot needs to do more due diligence. I am out almost $200 for trusting them to stand behind their return policy. They don’t deserve even one star as far as I am concerned.

Do not shop with this store!!! Spent over 400 dollars on costumes and lingerie. When the packages arrived there were items missing. After talking to their customer service, I was told that it was not their problem. Very terrible customer service. Again stay away from this online store.

I ordered a costume in early June and it never arrived. The tracking said it did, but it never got to my house. When I contacted the company they told me to contact the post office, and when I contacted the post office they told me to contact the company. Anyways it’s been two months and I paid 70$ for a costume that never showed up. This company and their customer service is a scam, do not spend your money here.

They clothes are not as advertised, ridiculously poor quality. I ordered a 'dress' that was actually made of stocking material filled with runs straight out of the package. The company says you can return but then makes it really hard and refuses to refund claiming that you wore the items.

Bought a costume from here and the return policy stated it could be returned if bought in August. There was no disclosure regarding this item being a clearance item. They would not return the item. The costume was trash and didn't look anything like the photos.

Do not buy from this website if you need something delivered quickly! Orders take 2-4 days MINIMUM to be fulfilled and shipped. Paying for anything "express" is a joke and you cannot cancel your order if it doesn't ship out in a timely manner because they only allow you to cancel for the first 8 hours after the order is placed.
