Shocking customer service. My project was deleted- even after I followed their email instructions to confirm I was still working on the project. I've had back and forth emails for weeks now to follow up and after no luck was told to email another department- who for 2 weeks have never responded. Super disappointing. From reading other reviews it seems their software is not reliable so I will be taking my business elsewhere and highly recommend this for anyone looking for a reliable service.

Having a 14 year old boy who has been raised on a raw diet, I was nervous when his raw food became too rich for him. Lyka was everything we needed. The high quality, natural diet he was used too but gentle on his body to process being cooked. We are so impressed with Lyka.
