I went to order a part for my car and half an hour waiting to be seen by advisor called Charlie,i asked to get back to her tomorrow and 3 times called in different times and didnt bother,finally i managed to speak to her and was absoloutely rude,unhelpful,disgraceful attitude,said to me cant order a part for me and hang up.im very disappointed with customer service awful

What a shame buying toys from smyths,i highly recomend never ever buy things from them as we bought a item and it was stupid design as my little boy couldnt pedal a big car as ut was design like a parallel dedals.store manager laughed at me as there in nothing wrong with it,i put complain over the phone and after a week got back to me we cant take it back because its open
