Usually ok but if you loose a parcel or have issues you cant get through too anyone. I did email numerous times with no reply. The web chat just plays off a script and doesnt help and the phone chat you cant get through too anyone. Then they reply telling you too use the webchat or phonechat when you complain 😓 bit of a joke really..
