I just booked 2 first class tickets from Amsterdam to Copenhagen through their app. Even though I am paying a premium for 1st class, there was an option to pay more to select specific seats. If not, the system would select. I opted for the system to select.
When my tickets were issued, no seats were assigned. I contacted Customer Service and they said I had to go back into the system and buy seats.
I'm still waiting to see what happens if I opt not to buy? What car am I in, which seat? Do I have to stand? Really such a sleazy way to operate a train system.
So much to a quick and smooth transaction.

I wish I would have looked at reviews here first. I ordered a fan with 2-3 day delivery. It’s now 1 week and no answer from their customer service (2 emails). The next step is contacting MasterCard to cancel the order.
