This is a very effective and Customer-aware Company who provide Low cost, but very high quality household appliances.
I have bought 2 Cordless vacuum cleaners, Steam cleaner and a Microwave oven. I found the appliances to be very well and robustly designed. Despite their economy-level pricing they do not fail. We used the first cordless vacuum every day for nearly 8 years and only replaced it because the batteries were losing their power and it was more economical to upgrade the machine. The staff are very customer-focussed and all my queries over the last 8 years have been properly dealt with by Amy and Emma between them. As a customer I always feel that they have my best interests at the heart of their policies and take every query personally. I am really happy to recommend both Vytronix and their appliances

Great sticks, VERY sturdy, great range. Great price, prompt deliver.
Bought one for my wife buying another for myself.
One really important feature is the solid plastic loop which keeps the stick folded when not in use. Why every folding stick is not supplied with one of these Inwill never know. I initially chose this particular model BECAUSE it had one of these loops

We ordered a bespoke sofa side table in light oak 4ft long, 2ft high, 8 ins wide with a shelf. Antony did an excellent job in a very short time and the courier delivered a very well packaged table.
We are really pleased with the table and, as this is the second order, have no hesitation in repeating our recommendation.

Antony Bostyn is a first rate craftsman who builds REALLY good bespoke tables etc I commissioned a set of 3 light oak side/coffee tables for a very competitive price - including bringing them himself (but that may have been because we live not too far away). The photos on the website simply do not do justice to the reality and to say that I am a happy customer is a real understatement.
I would have no hesitation in recommending AJB Interiors to anyone wanting first class off the shelf or bespoke items of furniture.

I bought a number of tracks, paid for them via PayPal. Got my receipt from 7digital and a transaction email from PayPal. Then I tried to download the files. As soon as I hit the first download button the whole page locked and I was unable to move or hear anything. There was no help other than the usual automated advice. The advice concluded that if it didn’t work I should use the Contact Form - there was no form. I posted requests for help on the Comments form - no response. I went to their Facebook page and sent another request for help - no response.
Fortunately I had used PayPal who gave me an instant refund.
I have to say that ANY company that does not offer any way of effectively contacting Support/Cust.Service etc. should be avoided. If anyone wants to buy music online I would most strongly advise them NOT to use 7digital under any circumstances

Just the best. Superb and professional service from initial approach, providing a postage label, estimate, repair and fast return. Very cost-effective.
I feel able to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable repair to anything in their range.

The Easee one charger is excellent. The installers they use are excellent but there is always a third element which is critical - Aftercare/Customer Service which is equally critical.
When the charger failed I contacted Easee - not really knowing what to do - Amy took my details ant the team remotely diagnosed the problem which is always impressive, and, because I elected to replace the part myself, arranged to send it to me. I had problems with the fitting but Amy supported me all the way and the team re-booted the unit remotely and all was well.
Because all three elements (product, Installers and Aftercare) are first class I would have absolutely no hesitation in giving Easee five stars and recommending them to anyone thinking of buying a Charger for their electric car. Buying any charger which is not excellent in ALL 3 elements would be really foolish - in my opinion. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a document, handwritten in Old Russian and created in 1919, that needed translating into English. I accepted a very reasonable quote with very courteous and prompt communications. The single sheet was translated in around 1 day including most of the faded and almost indecipherable signatures!

I am really delighted with the result which is to be copied to the Imperial War Museum who hold the original.

I can honestly say that I would have no hesitation in recommending ULS to anyone needing their services.

Epson ET2810 printer
Supposed to be a wireless printer. No help from epson. Could not link it up to my network manual instructions very bad and not intuitive.

Do NOT waste your money on these printers - definitely NOT fit for use

Although the product did not work for me I have to say that the Support service to cancel my annual sub was handled with the very best customer service. They could not have been more professional, pleasant and helpful. If you are looking for a reliable software company to do business with I can say with confidence that this company, based in Manila, are really reliable when it comes to deal with issues. They do their transactions via Cleverbridge gmbh and PayPal.

Sometimes it is not so much when things go smoothly that you can judge the management culture of a company but when they go wrong that you get a good insight.

Why on earth do we need to renew? I qualified with an ITIL managers cert (with distinction) and again with ITILv2, again with ALL the ITILv3 certs and now ITIL4. The certificates are valid for life. PRINCE is the same - nothing changes. We all think it is nothing but a money grabbing scam and there is NO value in renewal. I qualified in 1997 and, since then, I have been a Consultant, trainer, Examiner and member of the IT Financial Chapter author team. But, go ahead, let’s hear what do you think is the added value in renewing.

Their customer care is almost non-existent if you cannot find the relevant FAQ entry.

I accidentally deleted the sale confirmation email and simply wanted a copy so I could track my order. I had the invoice number from Paypal but, apparently, Ring accounts cannot track an order from the invoice number alone - they have to have the order number.

Their accounting system must be very badly designed and the ineffective customer care does not fill me with any confidence.

This therefore is a big warning to potential customers to be aware and wary of this company before buying. I thankfully bought through Paypal so if things go wrong from this point I have them to back me up
