Worst service with attitude.
I asked them and sent photos of the product i needed
they confirmed that it was exactly what i was going to receive then they sent me something completely different.Upon writing them they asked me to return the product without an apology for providing me with wrong information!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WORST PLACE TO ORDER FOR ACCESSORIES

I need my refund not a Voucher!!!!!!!! Refund my money

They refused to refund my money after their agent at Salzburg office gave me wrong train platform and i contacted them while i bought another ticket and they are refusing to refund my money. worst customer service ever
