An insurance company that listens to you.

They are an insurance company that supports good causes and listened to me when I needed to make changes. I was able to talk to somebody and they were very understanding and helpful.

Chatting in Tandem

Used the chat service to get help in navigating around the App. It worked well (rapid response with accurate information) when the attendant became available (2 or 3 min wait).

Europcar have a serious credibility issue

I have no confidence in this company. I booked a van for a bank holiday, paying a premium for out of hours service. I received the confirmation email and then a week later had a phone call to say the booking was not confirmed (even though I had the confirmed booking email), the site was closed on the bank holiday and I should change my booking.
So get this: I went with Enterprise who couldn’t have been more helpful, and then called Europcar to let them know I had sorted out the problem only to be told the booking had been confirmed and someone would be there on their site out of hours! They obviously saw my booking as too much trouble and just wanted to not provide any service that wasn’t easy.
Needless to say, having a complete lack in trust, I decided to stick with Enterprise. I will be watching carefully to see that my refund from Europcar is returned promptly and in full.

Legendary Audi Hospitality - a bonus!

The team at Audi Harrogate know how to look after you whilst they look after your car! I handed over the car for a regular service and was made very welcome. The team even offered me space in their quiet room to keep working. Very thoughtful!

I was getting in a muddle when seeking…

I was getting in a muddle when seeking a quote as I was looking at a specific up and coming insurance situation over a period of several weeks. The web site picked up from where I left off and I couldn’t work out how to change information I had already entered such as sum to be insured and start date. The web based chat team responded very quickly and made all the changes for me, making the experience very simple.

A Team Looking Out for Your Best Interests

Hornes were engaging from start to finish and again beyond that. Buying a house is not an everyday experience for me, so it was refreshing to find a firm of experienced building surveyors who explained the process for you, provided a clear report and were helpful in bouncing ideas around after submission of the report to understand how best to tackle issues identified. They really do give you a personal service and help look after your best interests.
